    Proprietary Early Contractor Involvement process

    ULTRA has developed a proprietary Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process designed to establish collaboration. transparency, structure, discipline, and momentum from the outset, based on our extensive experience.  We find this gives our clients confidence from the outset.  

    By engaging us early, developers, investors, and architects benefit from derisking the process, particularly key enabling activities that seem to take longer than most developers expect, more accurate cost planning, buildability advice, and programming before major commitments are made.  This proactive approach reduces project cost, time and risk, streamlines approvals, and helps secure stronger commercial outcomes.

    Our unique and highly structured ECI methodology draws on ULTRA ’s proven extensive expertise and ensures immediate and positive collaboration with consultants and stakeholders, applying value engineering, design management, and risk mitigation strategies that ensure every decision adds value to the project.

    We are able to add significant value to our clients’ projects through our well-established tried andd tested offshore production network and supply chain.

    This enables us to deliver premium outcomes with unrivalled cost efficiency and precision. By leveraging long-standing partnerships with trusted international suppliers, we are able to source high-quality joinery, fixtures, and finishes directly from offshore manufacturers. This ensures consistency in design execution while providing clients with significant cost advantages and reduced lead times.

    We work closely with experienced partners in China and other key markets, who are regularly engaged to supply joinery and bespoke elements for our projects.     Aftercare

    ULTRA is about long term relationships and partnerships.

    Our part on a project doesn’t end at Practical Completion (PC) or end of Defects Liability Period (DLP).  Rather, our role continues to the end of the statutory warranty period, ensuring a procative approach to post-completion building defects.

    We do this through our dedicated and professional Aftercare Division, which also serves as an internal independent QA function.  

    Aftercare gets involved in every project 6 months before PC, by starting to check the built form quality.  We use DLP Manager software to ensure one repository and management system for all defects regardless if they were generated by ULTRA , client. or purchaser.  This systemised approach ensures defects are resolved quickly and efficiently with photographic evidence.  

    From defect management and warranty coordination to maintenance planning and ongoing client support, our Aftercare team provides peace of mind that quality and service continue long after keys are handed over.
