Luke Harrold is a seasoned Construction Manager with over two decades of experience in the construction industry. Known for his calm, measured leadership and strong relationship-building skills, Luke has delivered complex residential, seniors living, and multistorey mixed-use developments across New South Wales.

In addition to project execution, Luke is highly experienced in Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), tender conversion, and feasibility assessments. His strong contract administration background and commercial acumen allow him to navigate stakeholder negotiations and contractual risk with confidence.

At Ultra, Luke enhances the company’s delivery capability, especially in the aged care, residential, and complex live-site sectors. Luke helps to ensure Ultra delivers high-quality outcomes with certainty and confidence across its expanding project pipeline.

Kane has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, building a strong and diverse track record across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Known for his innovative thinking in estimation and procurement, Kane tailors his strategies to each project, offering high-value engineering solutions that optimise cost, time, and quality.

Ed began his career in joinery, where he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, spatial awareness, and attention to detail. As his career progressed, he transitioned into construction management, bringing with him a passion for design integrity and operational efficiency. With over 15 years of site management experience, Ed has delivered projects across a range of sectors, consistently applying his practical knowledge to achieve high quality outcomes.

His deep understanding of both construction and manufacturing processes enables him to streamline operations, mitigate risk, and improve project efficiency. Beginning in estimating before moving into contracts administration, he built strong expertise in both financial and contractual aspects of project delivery.

Known for his disciplined approach, David drives proactive, transparent, and efficient commercial processes across all stages of construction. David holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management (Second Class Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney.

Sam Rutherford is a seasoned commercial and legal executive with over 20 years of experience in Australia’s property and construction sector. Now leading the Commercial team at Ultra Building, Sam plays a key strategic role in guiding the business through complex legal, contractual, and commercial landscapes, while supporting project delivery and business growth across the group.

Sam is known for his calm, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and his ability to align legal strategy with operational objectives. His strength lies in supporting bid and project teams, driving smart risk management, and resolving disputes in a way that protects the company while maintaining key relationships.

A natural leader and mentor, Sam is passionate about developing capability within commercial, legal, and delivery teams. Sam brings a rare mix of on-site experience and strategic oversight. Jennifer is a resilient and results-driven Finance Manager with a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. After transitioning from a successful career in event management, she built her expertise in finance, playing a key role in scaling a startup into a medium-sized enterprise.

A graduate of Torrens University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), she brings technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a solutions-focused approach to Ultra, ensuring financial operations run smoothly and support the company’s growth trajectory.

Chris is a highly motivated, versatile & performance driven leader who has worked across the gamut of the Construction, Civil Construction, safety and related risk industry over the past 25 years. He has collaborated with government, industry regulators and industries across multiple States of Australia & drives compliance to safety and quality protocols across the business.

Chris has won numerous awards and has been responsible for overseeing the safe delivery of a huge range of projects across multiple sectors. Chris forms part of the Senior Leadership Team in Ultra and is a mentor to the project teams; tasked with increasing awareness, education and adherence to the strictest of standards – both safety and quality.

Hannah is an accomplished professional with a passion for delivering quality outcomes and building strong relationships. With strong experience primarily in the construction industry for the past decade, she is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly to challenges. Thriving in dynamic environments where creativity meets strategy, she brings a steady, solutions-focused mindset to every project.

Rodney is a proven business development leader with expertise in sales, marketing, and operations. Since joining Ultra in 2017, he has secured over $500 million in projects, driving the company’s growth and reputation as a trusted Tier-2 builder in NSW.

Specialising in new business, project bids, and marketing strategy, Rodney builds and maintains high-value client relationships that have delivered landmark wins. He has also led initiatives in marketing, CRM, and industry engagement that supported Ultra’s ICIRT rating, ISO certifications, government prequalification, and multiple industry awards.

Maryana has joined Ultra Building as Assistant Operations Manager, bringing strong expertise in systems, governance, and resource management. In her role, she supports the business across critical functions including IMS development, reporting, IT, and operational efficiency. Maryana is taking administrative control of key platforms such as Procore, 1Breadcrumb, ProcurePro, and SharePoint, ensuring streamlined processes and consistent delivery. She works closely with leadership to enhance systems and support growth, while collaborating with teams to resolve operational issues. Known for her detail, drive, and practical approach, & plays an integral role in supporting Ultra’s performance and culture.
