Margaux

ULTRA is engaged as the principal builder for Margaux, a boutique development of just eight luxury three-bedroom residences in Edgecliff, commissioned by Clutch. The project includes one full-floor garden apartment, four half-floor homes, and three expansive penthouses — each delivering privacy, space, and architectural distinction.

The design retains and enhances an existing sandstone wall along the street frontage, preserving the unique character of Edgecliff while integrating modern architectural expression. Vertical blade walls, horizontal slab forms, and integrated planter zones create a refined aesthetic that balances structure and softness.

In collaboration with leading landscape architects, the development incorporates lush greenery and natural textures to blend the building seamlessly into its surroundings. High-quality materials — including stone cladding, timber detailing, and metallic trims — showcase craftsmanship and durability.
