Working in collaboration with award-winning architects MHN Design Union, ULTRA is responsible for bringing this high-end vision to life through disciplined project delivery, quality workmanship, and attention to detail at every stage of construction. The development includes a garden terrace, expansive penthouse, and rooftop communal spaces, with construction techniques carefully tailored to the site’s elevated position and outlook.

High-end finishes such as natural stone, custom joinery, and bespoke tiling are integrated with precision, ensuring each residence achieves the timeless standard expected in Sydney’s eastern suburbs market. Structural integrity, seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, and acoustic and thermal performance have been key focus areas throughout the build.
