Topping out of Wirra, Neutral Bay

Last week, ULTRA and our development partner, Podia, celebrated the topping out of Wirra, Neutral Bay. Marking the completion of the structural phase at this landmark Lower North Shore development.

The milestone was marked with a rooftop event overlooking Sydney Harbour, bringing together our project partners, consultants, trades, and community representatives to acknowledge the progress of this exceptional project and the collaboration that brought it to life.

Designed by MHNDU with interiors by Richards Stanisich, Wirra comprises 20 architecturally refined three-bedroom residences that blend natural materials, soft curvature, and expansive harbour views – a testament to design-led living that responds to its surroundings.

With the structure complete and interior works now progressing, Wirra moves into its final phase of delivery.
