November Construction Update – Waruda Kirribilli

Progress on site continues to move steadily, with our construction team led by Project Manager Michael Pezzano advancing key structural works throughout November. The building frame is approaching full completion, marking an important milestone in the program.

As the structure reaches its final stages, the form and scale of Waruda Kirribilli are becoming increasingly defined. This momentum now sets the foundation for upcoming façade works — a signature design element that will distinguish these premium residences.
