The Lawson Terraces

The Lawson Terraces is a boutique residential development featuring 17 exclusive terrace homes in Naremburn. Designed by Rothelowman and delivered for developer WINIM, this project exemplifies mid-century modern elegance fused with modern buildability in a highly desirable inner-North Shore location.

Delivered at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the project demanded adaptive strategies to maintain momentum. ULTRA implemented strict safety protocols, proactive supply chain management, and flexible workforce rostering to overcome site restrictions and material delays. These measures ensured the project progressed without compromising safety or quality.
