    The Ferrari & Maserati Headquarters in Waterloo is a purpose-built commercial development housing a state-of-the-art showroom, workshop, training facility, and head office for the luxury automotive brands. The project marked the first Ferrari showroom globally to feature the brand’s new corporate design language, setting an international benchmark for prestige automotive retail.

    Adrian Sicari was the Construction/Project Manager for Built Pty Ltd, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of this highly complex and challenging project. He led the team through difficult below-water-table basement construction, coordinated stakeholder expectations, and ensured that the project achieved both program and quality objectives while also meeting the exacting global brand standards of Ferrari and Maserati.
