Highpoint is a landmark residential high-rise development in Hurstville, comprising 448 apartments, ground-floor retail, and a three-level basement car park. Designed and delivered by TOGA, the project has become a key addition to the St George skyline, combining high-density living with retail amenity and community activation.

    ULTRA’s connection

Adrian Sicari, now Managing Director of ULTRA Building Co, served as Construction/Project Manager for TOGA Group during the delivery of this project.

    • Complex high-rise construction on a large-scale site, requiring detailed staging, safety planning, and stakeholder management.
    • Incorporation of prefabricated bathrooms, improving efficiency, quality control, and delivery speed.
    • Integration of a retail podium with a large residential tower, demanding careful coordination of services, structural interfaces, and acoustic performance.
    • Three-level basement excavation and construction, requiring significant temporary works and engineering controls.

Highpoint delivered 448 modern apartments with expansive views, retail amenity, and basement parking, setting a new benchmark for residential development in Hurstville. The project demonstrates large-scale construction capability, design coordination, and the successful use of prefabrication to drive efficiencies.

This project forms part of Adrian Sicari’s major project experience at TOGA prior to establishing ULTRA Building Co, reinforcing his expertise in delivering large-scale, high-value residential towers and managing complex design-and-construct contracts.
