Highpoint Hurstville

Highpoint is a landmark residential high-rise development in Hurstville, comprising 448 apartments, ground-floor retail, and a three-level basement car park. Designed and delivered by TOGA, the project has become a key addition to the St George skyline, combining high-density living with retail amenity and community activation.

Adrian Sicari, now Managing Director of ULTRA Building Co, served as Construction/Project Manager for TOGA Group during the delivery of this project.

• Complex high-rise construction on a large-scale site, requiring detailed staging, safety planning, and stakeholder management.
• Incorporation of prefabricated bathrooms, improving efficiency, quality control, and delivery speed.
• Integration of a retail podium with a large residential tower, demanding careful coordination of services, structural interfaces, and acoustic performance.
• Three-level basement excavation and construction, requiring significant temporary works and engineering controls.
