ULTRA is proud to deliver Two Tides for new client Time & Place, with funding partner NPACT — a boutique collection of 24 luxury residences designed by award-winning architects SJB. Positioned between Sydney Harbour and Manly Beach, the project captures the essence of coastal living with architecture that is both contemporary and contextually grounded.
The design draws inspiration from Manly’s nautical-deco character, featuring curved masonry, textured brickwork, and a natural palette that reflects the sun, surf, and coastal landscape. Interiors are crafted to maximise light, space, and livability, offering a refined balance of elegance and functionality.
As builder, ULTRA is responsible for executing the project with precision — from complex formwork and façade detailing to the integration of bespoke finishes. Two Tides demonstrates ULTRA’s capability in delivering architecturally significant residential developments with technical excellence and design integrity.
