ULTRA is proud to serve as the principal builder for Wirra, a boutique development by Podia in partnership with Centennial, comprising 20 meticulously crafted three-bedroom residences suspended above Neutral Bay. Designed by MHN Design Union and set amid sweeping harbour and city skyline views, this project delivers architectural artistry and craftsmanship at the pinnacle of residential luxury.

Anchored by honeyed sandstone and sculpted with flowing curves, Wirra reflects the natural contours of Sydney Harbour. The façade features rendered concrete and soft brickwork with scalloped vertical elements and horizontal projections that respond sensitively to its topography. Interiors are defined by generous layouts, sculptural kitchens with bespoke stone islands, high-end plumbing and appliances, and feature elements like travertine fireplaces and custom joinery.

ULTRA’s delivery emphasizes precision construction—from complex structural formwork and accurate masonry detailing to seamless finishes and integration of sustainability features like underfloor heating and automated shading. Wirra stands as a benchmark for constructing architecturally significant, technically sophisticated, and contextually expressive residences.

We looked to the curves of the bay, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, creating architecture that gestures, pivots and speaks to the views.
