ULTRA is proud to be the principal builder for The Bryson, a landmark 27-storey mixed-use tower by repeat client Goldfields. Located in the heart of Chatswood, this prominent high-rise comprises 70 luxury residences—including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, Skyhomes, and penthouses—alongside ground-floor retail and strata office suites. The project includes five basement levels, accommodating essential services, parking, and building infrastructure.

Designed by MAKE Architects, The Bryson brings sophistication and functionality with vertical ceramic blade elements that define the building’s form while optimizing daylight, shading, and ventilation. Each residence features expansive, open-plan living spaces with operable glazing and generous terraces that frame sweeping views across the Lower North Shore.

ULTRA’s delivery emphasizes precision throughout complex structural execution, refined façade detailing, and the creation of high-end communal amenities, including a rooftop lap pool, landscaped terraces, and outdoor dining and lounge areas.
