ULTRA delivered 1788 Residences for repeat client SJD Group, setting a new benchmark in luxury residential construction in Double Bay. This boutique development combines sculptural Art Deco-inspired architecture with understated elegance — featuring curved façades, premium materials, and exacting craftsmanship.
Key to the build was the execution of a two-level basement entirely below the water table. The project demanded a perimeter TSM piling wall and hydrostatic slab in water-charged sand 9m below ground—demonstrating our expertise in complex dewatering, substructure works, and delivering watertight, structurally sound basements.
The development’s construction quality earned industry recognition — including a Master Builders Association NSW Excellence in Housing Award (Home Units $3 Million & Over) — affirming ULTRA’s capability in executing technically challenging, high-end residential projects with precision and distinction.
