The Balmoral Collection

ULTRA proudly delivered The Balmoral Collection, an award-winning boutique development of four whole-floor luxury residences carved into the sandstone slopes of Mosman. Bounded by Raglan and Redan Streets on the Balmoral Slopes, the project presented significant construction challenges, requiring deep excavation, vertical rock cutting, and precision basement works beneath a steeply sloping terrain.

Architecturally designed by MHNDUnion with interiors by Richards Stanisich, the residences range from 150–200m² and feature bespoke detailing, state-of-the-art home automation, private lift access, and expansive landscaped terraces. Interiors showcase Gaggenau and Miele appliances, sweeping marble island benches, custom joinery, and spotted gum flooring, with craftsmanship evident in every detail down to bespoke bullnose finishes.

The façade’s striking aluminium battens, coupled with extensive green landscaping, deliver a refined architectural presence that integrates seamlessly into the natural surroundings. Despite the global pandemic and extended lead times for premium imported materials, ULTRA ensured program certainty and quality delivery, achieving a benchmark outcome that has been recognised for its architectural merit and construction excellence.
